If a team has paid tournament entry fee and the tournament is canceled due to weather or a lack of teams - FULL REFUND
If a team pulls out of a tournament 30 days BEFORE the start date of the tournament - Full Refund
If a team pulls out of a tournament 14-29 days BEFORE the start date of the tournament - Full Refund, Minus $25 Service Fee
If a team pulls out of a tournament less than 14 day BEFORE the start date and prior to Monday of the event. Full Refund, Minus $50 Service Fee
If a teams pulls out of a tournament on or after the Monday prior to the event, or a "NO SHOW", that team will not receive a refund. (This is an Arkansas State Rule from our State Director) Also, that team will not be allowed to play in another tournament until the entry fee is paid.
Those teams who make arrangements with the tournament director and agreed to bring their entry fee to the tournament, then withdrawn from that tournament according to the timelines above, will be billed for their tournament fee and not allowed to play in another USSSA tournament until paid.
In case of rain, the Tournament Director, with assistance from the State Director has the right to modify or amend the tournament format in order to finish the event and award points.

If a tournament canceled or rained out, the following guidelines will be used in regards to refunds:
